In case you have an appointment at our GP practice which you can not attend we request you to cancel the appointment as soon as possible.
If you are unable to cancel your appointment in time, at least 24 hours in advance, we can charge a no-show fee.
The no-show fee is in accordance with the guidelines of the LHV (National GP Association).
The invoice of the no-show fee is sent to your personal address and is not reimbursed by your health insurer.
