General practitioner

At our GP practice, you can turn to the GP for a consultation during the regular consultation hours, the telephone consultation hours, a video consultation, a home visit or an e-consultation.

  • Regular consultation hours
For a question which irequires the GP to see you personally you can make an appointment for the regular consultation hours.
There are regular consultation hours every working day. For this you have to make an appointment by telephone or online via the web agenda.
For a GP consultation we reserve 10 minutes that are basically meant for the treatment of one question. If you think you need more time, for example because you have one major problem or several questions or because a longer conversation is appropriate, please mention this when you make an appointment by telephone. We can then reserve more time.
If you use the web agenda you can make (a maximum of) two appointments in succession.

  • Telephone consultation hours
For a simple question, a short consultation and results of research which do not require the GP to see you personally you can make an appointment for the telephone consultation hours.
There are telephone consultation hours every working day. For this you have to make an appointment.
You will be called by the general practitioner at an agreed time. Make sure you inform us of the telephone number at which we can contact you.

  • Video consultation
For a simple question, a follow-up consultation and results of research for which it is desirable to see each other but no physical examination is necessary you can make an appointment for a video consultation.
There is video consulting every working day. For this you have to make an appointment.
When you make an appointment for this consultation you will, at an agreed time, receive an invitation to participate via an email message. Make sure that your email details are up-to-date.

  • Home visit
If you have a question which requires the GP to see you personally but you are unable to come to the GP practice yourself, for example because you are too ill, (temporarily) disabled or have difficulty walking, you can make an appointment for a home visit.
Home visits can be made every working day. For this you have to make an appointment by telephone.
Because at the GP practice there are better opportunities for research and treatment, we prefer you try to come to the consultation hour. If this is not possible, you can of course request a home visit.
If you want a home visit the same day, we ask you to request this before 11.00 hours.

  • E-consultation
For a simple question or follow-up on a started treatment you can use our e-consultation.
If you have an account you can, via our patients environment or the app, start an e-consultation at any time.
After applying for a new e-consultation you will receive an online reaction from your care provider within at least two to five working days.
If you do not yet have an account, you can make one via the icon Patients environment on the homepage.
