Our GP practice is open to new patients who reside within our care area.
The care area (also known as postal code area) is the geographic region around the GP practice that, under normal circumstances, can be reached within 15 minutes so that, in an emergency situation, the general practitioner can be on site within this time frame.
The time frame is in accordance with the guidelines of the NHG (Dutch College of General Practitioners).
If you reside within our care area and you are searching for a new GP practice, you can register at our GP practice by sending in our registration form.
If you reside outside our care area or if you move away out of our care area, we will refer you to a GP practice in your area.
