At our GP practice repeat prescriptions can be ordered by telephone via the 'prescription line' or online via our patients environment.

To request repeat prescriptions by telephone you can call our prescription line' via the the GP practice number and select option 2.

To request repeat prescriptions online you use our patients environment.
In the patients environment you can see an overview of the medication available to you, after which you can request it immediately.

To request a repeat prescription you must be registered at our GP practice and the medication you order must already have been prescribed to you by your general practitioner or other medical specialist.
If we have received your request on a working day before 12.00 hours and without further notice from us, your prescription will be available after two working days after 16.00 hours at the pharmacy you have selected.
If using the 'prescription line' is difficult for you and if you have no access to our patients environment, you can request your repeat prescriptions via the GP practice assistant. This can be done during opening hours, preferably in the morning, by telephone via the GP practice number.
